Proof of Concept
When you want to try new technology on a small scale before a bigger decision, I help you plan the trial so its results can be trusted.
The point of a proof of concept is to lower the risk of a big purchase: try the idea small first, and see if it works. But if nobody has thought through beforehand what question the trial is supposed to answer, the results end up telling you very little — and the risk is still there, it just looks smaller.
I help you plan the trial so it answers the one question that actually matters for the decision. We agree up front on what gets measured and what counts as a good enough result. Where needed, I also work with the supplier running the trial, so everyone is testing the same thing.
