There is financing and public funding available for projects and investments, but applying is work in its own right: an application is expected to explain clearly what is being done, why, and on what grounds. What the funder cares about most is what the project costs, what it returns, and what the numbers are based on.
I help prepare the application as a whole: describing the project, writing the technical content and reasoning, and modelling the financials so that the costs, returns, and payback stand up to the funder's questions. I can also go through with you what options exist for financing the project in the first place. The decision always rests with the funder, but a well-prepared application gives the project its best starting point.
