When you have a larger project on the drawing board or underway, I act as an independent technical advisor along the way — from planning through to delivery.
In a large project, decisions come in a long chain: technology choices, suppliers, schedule, and how the work gets done. The project might be a new plant or production facility, a production line renewal, or a larger system project — what they have in common is that few companies have someone who has been through one before, and the choices made early on carry for years.
I work alongside you for the whole project or for individual stages of it. As a technical advisor, I go through plans and supplier proposals and help with the choices where an independent view is needed. If the project also involves applying for financing or grants, I can help there too — financing and grants is a service of its own.
